Chen XingXiao, General Manager and Senior Engineer
Member of Furnace Specialists Group, China Institute of Silicate Glass Professional Committee Principal of Sichuan Furnace Group; Member of China Specialist Database. With his practical and new patent, Mr. Chen published a number of theses, among which "Port Structural Design of Natural Gas Firing Furnace" was excerpted by British "Glass Technology " Vol.34 No.3 (1993) due to the guiding role in practice.
We have more than 300 employees, among of which there are ten graduates and senior technicians, seventy percent of managers and technical staffs of bachelor degrees.
